Senior Creative Manager / Brand Designer

MDClone is a big data system for healthcare, offering an innovative, dynamic exploration tool called ADAMS that enables health systems to explore their vast amounts of data with freedom and security. Synthetic data enables worldwide collaboration and sharing of data sets without risking patient privacy. MDClone is partnering with some of the biggest health systems in the world including the VA, NIH, Intermountain Healthcare, Jefferson Health, Sheba Medical Center, and more.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS:

Design:

  • Own, champion, extend, and create the visual systems for the MDClone brand across all mediums including the brand guidelines, templates, letterhead, business cards, sales materials, training materials, social media presence, and website

  • Create on-brand, engaging visual experiences across print and digital channels

  • Translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand visual designs with a strong foundation of design fundamentals including typography, composition, layout, and color

  • Brainstorm, shape the strategy, and create collateral for personas and stages of the buyer journey for GTM campaigns

  • Experience creating and directing large scale projects from concept to execution to meet business goals

  • Execute design projects from concept to delivery, balancing big picture thinking with small deliverables

  • Art direct and storyboard animations for video and web

  • Collaborate with the copywriter, sales, product, and growth teams to create on-brand messaging for campaigns

  • Manage SEM agency relationship and recommend continuous improvement for search engine marketing

  • Continuously track ad spend, conversions, and Google/Bing search performance with a focus on optimization, measuring results, and reporting to teams

JAM Art & Supplies is a nonprofit in Sioux Falls that provides artists, children, and various other nonprofits with new or gently-used art supplies. JAM Art & Supplies fosters community through an online presence with First Friday Reviews and Inspired Interviews. My role as a co-founder was to help get JAM up and running by establishing a brand presence, connecting with artists, photographing interviews and images to use in marketing, fundraising for a physical space downtown, and participating in board meetings.
