To create a fun way for employees to recognize and appreciate one another as well as create a way for employees to anonymously submit suggestions to the company.
SOLUTION
The “BE” theme was conceptualized by the Meta marketing team, but the specifics and creative content of the two cards, along with design, were developed by me.
